Blanketweed Remover SAB Stream & Pond Cleaner offers a two-pronged attack, tackling both the cause and the cycle of blanketweed growth. Instructions for using Blanketweed Remover

How Often:

Treat twice per week during blooms.  You can treat once per week for prevention if you would like.  However, I prefer to use gentler beneficial bacteria found in our water treatments such Clean which gently breaks down sludge (food) at the bottom of your pond.

How To:

One scoop (included) treats 450L. The small tub contains 20 scoops which with four doses, will treat 2250L (2 x 2.5m pond).  The large tub contains 40 scoops and will complete a four dose course for 4500L (3 x 4m pond).

Work out your pond size in meters:

Length x Width x Average Depth x 1000 = Pond Litres.

Mix the power into warm water (25C) and pour around the perimeter of the pond twice a week for two weeks.  Water may appear cloudy for a short time but will soon clear.
