AquaBlox Water Storage Modules create large underground water reservoirs for ponds, waterfalls, and rainwater harvesting systems. These strong structural blocks hold significant volumes of water while supporting rock, gravel, and soil above. These are also great for creating planting shelves in existing ponds.
Their open design allows water to flow freely through the structure while storing large quantities beneath the surface. This makes AquaBlox ideal for disappearing waterfalls, pondless water features, and rainwater collection systems.
Unlike traditional gravel reservoirs, AquaBlox Water Storage Modules provide far greater water storage while reducing excavation and installation time. The modular design also allows installers to build reservoirs of almost any size by linking multiple blocks together.
The Small AquaBlox module is designed for compact reservoirs and smaller water features. Its lightweight design makes it easy to transport, position, and assemble during installation.
Multiple modules can be combined to build larger storage systems while maintaining strong structural support.
The Large AquaBlox module is designed for bigger installations that require increased water storage. The larger structure holds significantly more water per unit, helping reduce the number of blocks required.
This makes the Large AquaBlox ideal for larger waterfalls, streams, and high capacity rainwater storage systems.
Storing around 28 litres of water per cubic foot, the AquaBlox provides over three times the storage capacity of gravel, meaning the reservoir requires topping up far less often due to evaporation. The load‑bearing top supports up to approximately 26,700 kg/m², ensuring long‑term durability and enabling installation in a wide variety of settings
